We'll start our tour at 9:00 AM from your hotel in Amritsar. First, we'll visit the Golden Temple, a beautiful and important religious site. I'll share its history and some interesting facts with you.
Jallianwala Bagh
Next, we'll go to Jallianwala Bagh, a place that reminds us of a tragic event in Indian history, the brutal massacre by British soldiers.
Durgiana Temple
Next we will go to The Durgiana Temple, known as the Laxmi Narayan Temple, is a significant Hindu shrine in Amritsar. Dedicated to Goddess Durga and Lord Vishnu, it showcases splendid architecture and hosts various religious festivities.
Maharaja Ranjit Singh Panorama
After that, we'll visit the Maharaja Ranjit Singh Panorama, a museum with interesting things from the time of Maharaja Ranjit Singh, like clothes, paintings, and weapons.
Wagah Border
After lunch, we'll head to Wagah border, where you can see a unique ceremony when guards from India and Pakistan exchange duties. Finally, in the evening, we'll be back at the Golden Temple to witness the putting of the holy book to bed ceremony, which is a special nighttime event.
